Finding the dream home, ready to move in, is an impossibility for everyone in this world and not even millionaire entertainment stars escape it. Recently the podcaster Alex Cooper opened the doors of his newly renovated home to the cameras of ‘Architectural Digest’ and thanks to this interview you can attest to what was stated above.
Cooper and his partner, film producer Matt Kaplan, began looking for a place a few years ago. He explains that When they entered this property in Los Angeles, California, she wanted to turn around and keep looking.but he stopped her.
It appears that the ranch-like property had been recently decorated in a style that did not resemble the couple. Despite the interior design the producer saw potential in the place that originally dates back to the 1930s.
On top of that, the place offered spaces large enough for Cooper, now recognized for her podcast ‘Call Her Daddy’lived like all the stars in Los Angeles.
Cooper paid for this place $10.7 million dollars and the purchase information was shared in June last year, so the reform project took a year. must be mentioned Cooper and Kaplan decided to hire designer Lindsay Balton of Balton Design to take over the place.
Balton had available a 5,300 square foot main house distributed in several rooms, several bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
The place also offers green areas with a terrace, swimming pool and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends. And, of course, to pose as its owner did recently.
